When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking details (where available). It may take a few days for tracking updates to appear.


Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at iel.ouahabi7@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


My item hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email us with your order number and we will investigate.


I entered the wrong shipping address

Please contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address. We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns on eligible items. Products must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before returning any items so we can guide you through the process.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards along with other secure payment methods available at checkout.
